Land-Book: The homeland for fine websites.
I'm a nerd, and I design websites. I don't build them by writing the code (at least not yet). I draw up workflows, sketch out concepts, and noodle with pixels to get a site to feel right, while communicating the proper information to the user. In other words, I'm both a User Experience and User Interface Designer.
I made this post because 8 months ago I started working as the "Product" Designer at a company called Havenly. In that time, my creative director and I completely revamped the homepage, and have established a brand new first impression of our brand.
As any design-nerd knows, sites like dribbble.com, behance.net and many more, are like gods for inspiration and appreciation. I've never been much into posting on them, but I've been a slave to the incredible talent that's out there.
So low and behold, our keyword search run by the marketing team, pulled up this gem! Someone (mystery angel) submitted the Havenly homepage to Landbook.com!! This is a first for me, and I was kvelling over the work our team has put in to be recognized.
